Details: Security Clearance: Public TrustREQUIREDProven excellent written and oral communication skills.Must be available for travel if needed. Paralegal certificate or related experience.Must be able to deliver high quality work under extreme pressure.At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.Knowledge of legal research tools (such as lexis Nexis, Westlaw, Concordance or Summation).Must be a U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain a security clearance. Location of work: U.S. Attorneys Office, Corpus Christi, TX 800 North Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401Note:    Travel may be required, as neededThis position includes subject matter regarding the federal Secure Border Initiative (SBI). Employee will work to prepare/file any number of temporary Rights of Entry (ROE) filings to initiate permanent takings cases for property required to build a border fence between Mexico and the U.S. In addition, studies must be conducted by the ACE before recommendations are made regarding the location of the fences.
