Law firm Records/Office Services Clerk

Details: Océ Business Services, A Canon Group Company We are actively recruiting for an experienced Law Firm- Records/Office Services Clerk  to work at an established OBS site in the Century City area! The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of legal records/file clerk experience in large, corporate law firm environment. Come be a part of our team in Century City!     Requires excellent computer skills specifically excellent data entry skills and ability to work within an emerging records center environment (Paper and electronic processes) Must be good with numbers, alphabetizing documents and working in a decentralized records environment Requires advanced customer service skills and professional attitude  The candidate selected must be dependable, detail oriented and can work well in fast paced environment while maintaining an organized work space Strong understanding of document indexing, creating paper files with either client matter number or alpha system Coordinate and track retrieval and return of file materials. Retrieve files from file library for client use as requested. Deliver files to clients within established time frames Use computer or manual system to track file locations Prepare files to be sent to storage and arranges for files to be retrieved form storage. Office Services: This position will provide Receptionist and copy center back up. The ideal candidate will be open to this and have some experience answering phones, making copies and setting up conference rooms for meetings.
