Details: Paralegal/HR Assistant Job Description:•Summary Description:This is a job that combines needs for support in both legal and HR areas of a small, exciting company. It is a fast paced, high demand environment with lots of diverse opportunities. The position reports to a Senior Management member who is a lawyer and international business executive, and will have extensive interaction with several other team members.••Primary Duties: •Perform legal research and ensure timely filings and preparations of releases, contract summaries, copyright applications, etc.•Prepare form complaints, demands and letters to enforce and protect trademark, copyright and other IP interests•Track filings and follow up with various parties to ensure execution•Serve as point person for gathering specimens and factual support•Tracking of Minutes and other corporate documents•First level support to employees for answering regular HR questions•Help set up and establish HR filing and tracking system within Personnel Policies and Guidelines and confidentiality agreements•Help ensure corporate compliance with newly established policies and forms•Check legal and HR forms for accuracy•Prepare legal and HR reports•Prepare correspondence and various legal documents•Support for various administrative needs Needed Skills include:Ability to quickly analyze needs and make intelligent decisionsHard worker with desire to learn more and ability to quickly learn new skills.
