CRM Manager

Details: CRM Manager needed at large law firm in Atlanta. The CRM Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s CRM system. The CRM Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. The individual will respond to user inquiries within the firm regarding data additions and changes, and researching client, prospect and alumni information to ensure the database contains current and accurate information.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establish CRM database guidelines, measurements and metrics. Create data entry and list management processes. Monitor data cleanup and data entry assignments for data stewards. Understand list management regulations. Develop training programs and materials. Assist with relationships with CRM-related vendors.
